ToneEnablerPro

An update for ToneEnabler by Unlimapps Inc. to support modern iOS versions and arm64e devices by @aboutzeph. This tweak enables the behavior that was present before 7.x and reads the tones from the directory so tones that you download and import with Sonic will now show in settings. No option to configure.
